No Concept of Operations involves automatic reporting of configuration by component where the telematics device is installed in the prime mover of the vehicle. In this configuration, the vehicle configuration is reported through a manual vehicle register. The telematics system reports information on fuel consumed.

• Vehicle configuration

• Regulatory mass

The total Road user charging (RUC) for this configuration would be the sum of Registration charges along with Distance-based charge for whole configuration unit.
