Key Concepts

This Key concepts page would provide an overview of the logical concepts of operations used in this trial, including six Concept of Operations (ConOps) models to calculate Road User Charges for multi-component vehicle configurations and the existing fuel excise based PAYGO charges calculation method.

Proposed Distance-based charge calculation using concept of operation (ConOps)


These Concept of operations determine how the trial participant’s vehicle tracking data is analysed and factored during the generation of their mock invoice.
