Section 4 (Reference to notes)

This section provides reference numbers that are located at the end of the mock invoice, specifically within the 'Notes' section. These reference numbers elucidate the rationale behind any instances where the charge calculation was not feasible

See below for few examples of notes and their respective meanings

Vehicle has no monthly configuration recorded

Charges could not be calculated due to the absence of a recorded monthly configuration for the vehicle. To ensure accurate charge calculations, please verify that the appropriate configuration is selected for this vehicle using the configuration selector.

There are no trips recorded for this vehicle

Given the absence of recorded vehicle activity, the determination of charges is not possible

No fuel entered for the vehicle

No fuel data has been recorded for this vehicle. We kindly request that you ensure that fuel records are diligently entered and completed for all vehicles within your fleet. In case of uncertainty regarding a specific vehicle's fuel consumption rate, you may consult our 'Fuel Consumption Rates' page for further information.

Con-ops 5 for trip cannot be calculated due to missing mass

The charges could not be computed as the vehicle mass information needs to be provided. The charge calculation is contingent upon the accurate specification of the vehicle's actual mass within the con-ops 5. To learn more about distance based charges, please visit Key Concepts page.
